I always stay at this hotel in Ansbach. The staff is helpful and honest. They returned my forgotten headphones. The facilities are perfect and have everything I need. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the main gardens in Ansbach. The nice and welcoming staff greeted us with a smile. Rooms with balcony had a family atmosphere.

Conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from a cool spot called Ansbach Residence – that was nice. Our room was spacious and really pretty, had a sweet balcony too. And the people working here were just top-notch! 🌟

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Hotel Restaurant Zur Windmuhle. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The waitstaff were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout the evening. we highly recommend this restaurant for a fantastic dining experience.

The hotel is in a great location, as it is just a short walk from the annual event that I attended. the room was very comfortable and clean, complete with a lovely bathroom and a beautiful view. the service was exceptional, with attentive staff who were always willing to help out with anything I needed. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the leisure facilities were great, especially the gym and spa.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed with the free Wi-Fi and breakfast included in the price of the room. the convenience of having a central location was also beneficial. I also enjoyed the beautiful decor of the hotel, giving off a cozy and homely vibe.

My room lacked proper soundproofing which resulted in disturbed sleep due to the noise from other guests. the room next door had an unpleasant odor that seeped into my room, making it an uncomfortable stay.
